Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc (Pink Sheets: BNET) announced today that it has entered into an investment banking relationship with Ardour Capital Investments ('Ardour') pursuant to which Ardour will serve, commencing this Fall, as Bion's exclusive financial advisor with regard to raising capital through the equity markets. Ardour will assist Bion in raising both equity for corporate uses and the equity component required for upcoming project financing.
